We use it to prepare and send your quote and to follow up with you about it. Our quote service is provided by B2B Ninja, and copies of quotes are kept in our business email and records, which are hosted by Google.
Connecting You with a Local Dealer
On Hydrosphere pool pages, you can enter a ZIP code to find participating Doughboy dealers near you. The ZIP code you enter is used to find nearby dealers and is remembered on your device so you don't have to enter it again.
If you choose "Yes, connect me with a Dealer!" and submit a quote request, we share your quote and contact information (your name, email address, phone number, address and quote details) with the participating dealer you selected, or the nearest one if you didn't select one. That dealer may contact you about your project. Participating dealers are independent businesses, not agents of Doughboy Plus, and they handle your information under their own privacy practices. A dealer referral is for your convenience only. It is not a quote, reservation or contract, and installation is not included.
If you choose "No, I want to DIY!", we do not share your quote with a dealer. If you change your mind after choosing to be connected, contact us and we will stop sharing your request with dealers. A dealer who has already received it keeps it under its own practices.
How Our Website Is Used
To improve the dealer locator, we record each ZIP code lookup: the ZIP code, the pool page, your Dealer Connection choice, the dealers found nearby, and whether you then added the pool to a quote or your cart. This record does not include your name, contact details or IP address, and we do not use it to identify you.
Dealer Accounts
If you have a dealer account, we use your account information to show your dealer pricing and the quotes and customer leads that belong to your dealership. Customer leads are provided only to the dealer the customer was connected with.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you visit DoughboyPlus.com, we collect information (Log Data) sent from your browser to us. This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser version, pages of our website that you visit, time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages, and other statistics.
